Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our mobile TRU repair service before you call.

No — we specialize in the transport refrigeration unit (TRU) only. That's the reefer unit mounted on or under your trailer — the diesel-powered refrigeration system that keeps your load at temperature. We do not work on semi-truck engines, transmissions, or tractor mechanical systems.
We service Thermo King and Carrier Transicold TRU units. Both brands, both refrigeration systems and the unit's diesel engine. We carry diagnostic tools for both — Thermo King WinTrac and Carrier DataLink — so we can read codes and diagnose on-site.
We're based in Bradford, VT — center of our territory. Response time varies by location, but we're typically faster than the dealer network, which runs from Massachusetts and Connecticut with 2–4 hour response times. Emergency calls are answered 24/7 including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Vermont (full state), New Hampshire (full state), Southern Maine (I-95 corridor), and Northern New York (Plattsburgh / I-87 Northway corridor). See our Territory page for more detail on specific coverage areas.
