Built for Vermont dairy farms

Most of Vermont's milk comes from Franklin, Addison and Orleans counties, with working farms in every county, including our own Orange and Caledonia. Many are family farms where the same few people milk, feed and fix, and nobody is in the milk house between milkings.

What it watches

What you get told about

Milk temperature

Every tank, every hour

Milk temperature on each bulk tank, with the cooling time counted from the start of milking.

Wash

A cold wash caught the same day

Wash water temperature through each step, so a failed wash is found before the next milking.

Equipment

What is running

Compressor, agitator and vacuum, hot water at the heater and milk through the plate cooler.

Power

An outage at any hour

The panel runs on its battery long enough to tell you the power is out, and again when it is back.
