New York · Milk house monitoring
A panel in the milk house that alerts your phone when a tank warms up, a wash runs cold or the power goes out.
In New York
New York is one of the largest dairy states in the country. The North Country, Washington County and the western counties all have large herds, alongside many smaller family farms where nobody is in the milk house between milkings.
Sensors on your equipment, a panel on the wall, alerts on your phone.
What it watches
Milk temperature on each bulk tank, with the cooling time counted from the start of milking.
Wash water temperature through each step, so a failed wash is found before the next milking.
Compressor, agitator and vacuum, hot water at the heater and milk through the plate cooler.
The panel runs on its battery long enough to tell you the power is out, and again when it is back.
Getting it to you
We deliver and install in eastern New York and the North Country, within about three hours of Bradford. Further west the panel ships ready to mount, your electrician or equipment dealer lands the sensor wires, and we finish the setup remotely.
You buy the panel and sensors once and pay a monthly fee for the monitoring, which covers the dashboard, the alerts, the stored history, the cellular service and our support.

No. The panel has its own cellular connection, covered by the monthly fee. Tell us if the site has poor cell signal and we will plan for it before we build.
A one-time price for the panel and sensors, then a monthly monitoring fee. Both depend on how many points you want watched, so call for a quote.
